Who we're looking for
- Someone with a passion for PC hardware, a strong work ethic, willingness to learn & team player mentality.
- Solid verbal & written communication skills is a must & prior customer service / sales experience will be highly regarded.
We do things a little bit differently here at Evatech and flexibility is key.
We are a close-knit team and while primary responsibilities & duties are well established, all team members are supported & encouraged to learn multiple facets of Evatech.
While initially the role will primarily consist of handling incoming sales and customer support inquiries (via phone or email) once settled in, training will be provided in all key aspects of day-to-day operation including inventory management, order processing, website catalogue maintenance, PC building & troubleshooting, purchasing, warranty handling, picking and packing, goods receiving, etc.
This way team members have an understanding of everything going on and even if they don't perform particular tasks everyday, they can still jump in to help out.
