Did you love the original Deus Ex or even the 2011 Eidos-Montreal remake, Human Revolution? We definitely did! So when we saw leaked screenshots and rumours of a new Deus Ex game circulating around the internet today, we just couldn’t resist delving in to get as much details as we possibly could.
The original leaks stemmed from a Russian video game news site Kanobu.ru and while it was quickly pulled, it wasn’t pulled fast enough. Google cache caught the most of it and the ever diligent community over at the NeoGaf forums where quick to download and repost the screenshots and details.
Since then, Game Informer has announced next month they will have a months worth of exclusive content for the game being developed by largely the same team at the previous game at Eidos Montreal.
The new game is titled Mankind Divided and while it doesn’t have an announced release date (we can only hope sometime this year) the game will published on PC! oh and PS4 and Xbox One…
The new game is set in 2029, two years after Human Revolution and again follows protagonist Adam Jensen. The game’s developers are already promising the same open ended play decision based game-play that defined the original series.
