Gigabyte GTX 970 4GB N970G1 GAMING-4GD

Hot from our driver’s hands, we have the very new Gigabyte GTX 970 4GB Super Overclock, which supports DirectX 12. Below you can find some quick photos of the graphics card. A benchmark will follow in another post shortly, so make sure you check back!

The common three fan cooler we’ve seen on many other overclocked cards doesn’t fail to impress and of course provides adequate cooling to the GPU.

The “WINDFORCE” text is lit up with LEDs when powered on and even allows you to control the brightness and animation from within NVIDIA GeForce GTX LED Visualizer.

This GTX 970 comes with an array of connection types for your display: 1x DVI-D, 1x DVI-I, 3x Display Port and 1x HDMI. This enables the use of up to 4 displays.

Memory: 4GB of DDR5
Memory Clock: 7Gbps
Memory Bus: 256bit
Core Clock Speed: 1,178MHz
Boost Clock Speed: 1,329MHz
DirectX: 12
OpenGL: 4.4

Don’t forget to check back shortly for our benchmark on the GTX 970 and GTX 980 which we expect to be complete later today.
