PC Game Release Season Approaches! September – December 2015
It’s been a slow month for new release games with nothing but a few early access and indie gems, but soon that will all change with a decent number of blockbuster AAA titles slated for release as we creep closer to Christmas.
For sports fans September kicks off the action with FIFA 16 and NBA 2K16 back to back with the first big blockbuster First Person Shooter following up shortly after in Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six Siege in early October. Racing fans get the Need for Speed reboot and The Crew : Wild Run just a few weeks later in November.
As if that wasn’t enough the two biggest titles (arguably) of the year, easily the ones we hear the most feedback and anticipation for from our customers, are set to launch one week after the other in Fallout 4 and Star Wars Battlefront. And in the unlikely even’t you’ll be done with those two blockbusters in 2 weeks, the new Hitman from IO Interactive lands December 6th.

MSI X99A & Z97A USB 3.1 Ready Motherboards Now @ Evatech!
MSI has refreshed their entire Z97 and X99 line to include USB3.1 support! These models can easily be identified by the ‘A’ in their name (X99-A / Z97-A) and sport a mix of type A and type C connectors.
For those not already familiar with the new USB 3.1 technology, it offers multiple advantages over standard USB 3.0 ports. First and foremost as you would expect, transfer speeds have significantly improved with real world benchmarks showing 50-75% increases over USB 3.0 in reads and 30-50% in writes depending on the environment. Secondly, with USB 3.1 comes the Type C connector, much smaller than standard USB connectors and best of all, it’s reversible!
