Ordering a PC on Layaway

A credit-free BNPL (Buy-Now-Pay-Later) alternative that lets you pay over time in manageable instalments with your order being shipped upon receipt of the final payment.

How does it work?

With any PC in your cart simply select the Layaway payment method at checkout. Once you complete checkout, we require a minimum 5% deposit within the first 72 hours to lock in the order. Payment details are provided on screen and also emailed to you for future reference.

Once we receive the initial deposit, you have 120 days to pay the balance. There is no set schedule for the payments within this time and you can pay any amount you like with each payment (minimum $100 unless balance due is less).

Following each payment, you receive an automated email stating the balance owing and time remaining to keep you informed every step of the way.

What if I pay it off earlier?

No problem! Upon final payment we will process the order and your PC will be build, setup, tested, and shipped ASAP.

When does my order ship?

Layaway is not a form of credit. This means it is open to anyone without the need for a credit check or age restriction. However as with all Layaway systems, orders are not dispatched until the full payment is received.

After I place my order can I request changes?

No problem, you can request a change to your PC configuration at any time before the final payment has cleared (at which point it is locked in and no further changes can be made). Please note, while you can make as many changes as you like at once, we can only amend the order one time. We recommend holding off on requesting any changes until closer to the end of your Layaway period, just in case!

Are there any setup costs or interest involved?

No! None at all. Layaway is not a form of credit. This means no interest charges and no set up or account keeping fees.

What if I don't pay in time?

Extensions are possible and granted on a case by case basis. If you cannot pay off the order within the 120 day period please contact us ASAP to discuss an extension. If the period does expire, we will always attempt to contact you before canceling your order and try work with you to avoid cancellation. However, we do reserve the right to cancel orders where no prior arrangements for extensions have been made. This will incur an administration and restocking fee of 5% (or a minimum of $100.00) and the balance will be refunded by bank deposit within 3 business days of bank details being supplied.

What if I want to cancel an order before it's complete?

You are welcome to request a cancellation at any time however a cancellation fee of 5% (or a minimum of $100.00) will be levied to cover restocking and administrative costs. The remaining amount will be refunded to you by bank deposit within 3 business days of bank details being supplied.

Are there any restrictions?

Only one. Orders must contain a PC to be eligible for Layaway. You can include any other items you like in the same order, but other items cannot be ordered separately without a PC via Layaway.
