Order Pickup

If you are local and don't want to wait for courier delivery, you can opt to pick up in your order in store. Simply select the in store pick up option at checkout when placing your order online and wait for our automatic email notification system to let you know when it's ready for collection. Payment options in store include EFTPOS, Visa, MasterCard or Cash or you can pay online when placing your order to streamline the pick-up process when you arrive.

Expert Advise

Our team are experts in computer hardware and peripherals and are always up to date with the latest generation technology. If you're not quite sure what the best configuration for you is we would love to help. You can always contact us via phone or email but locals are more than welcome to drop in for a chat to discuss the options. We have all your bases covered with experts in Gaming PCs, high end multimedia production workstations, data crunching servers, virtual reality (VR) stations, deep learning / AI processing rigs, multi-monitor stock trading setups or even your basic run of the mill home office PCs.

Warranty Returns

All the products we sell are covered by a full Australian warranty and warranty applications can be made in store as well as online. If you are having warranty issues with a product you purchased from us, you are more than welcome to in to our store and let us take care of it for you. Please note that physical damage or any faults that occur as a result of misuse or tampering is not covered by warranty. If you are unsure as to whether or not your item is faulty or if the fault is covered under warranty please contact us for clarification.

Repairs & Servicing

Your old PC covered in dust? Think you have a virus? Just want to reformat and start fresh? We got it covered, no tricks or up-sells and no extra charges for things you don't need. We charge a fair flat rate per hour and only charge for the time our staff are actually actively working on your system. All expenses are explained up front before you decide to proceed and we cap our service charges so there's no nasty surprises when you get the bill. It's all part of customer service priority policy.

Upgrades

Running a slow or just want to get your hands on the latest components but don't necessarily want to start from scratch? Awesome, just let us know what you have already and what you want to upgrade to and our technicians will take care of the rest. We'll advise as to the best combability, we'll install and setup hardware for optimal performance and we'll thoroughly test it to make sure it's working! Just like our service and repair policy, all costs are provided up front and capped so you know exactly how much it will cost before you decide to buy. In Store Ordering

While the majority of our customers are online, customers can also place orders over the counter in store. Please bear in mind that we store our stock across multiple facilities and not all products are kept in stock in our store at all times due to space and logistics constraints. To ensure everything you want is prepped and ready to go as soon as you arrive, it's best to place an order online first and wait until you receive a notification to let you know your order is ready for collection before dropping in. On the other hand, if you are in the neighborhood and not after a very specific product we keep a wide range of products in store and should be able to cover your needs.
