What is an OC (Overclock Edition)

A OC (Overclock Edition) is a tier of card, overclocked out of the box from the factory with enhanced cooling, improved power delivery and a more premium build quality and esthetic. A tier above the rest providing a bump in perfomance both in-game in thermally to run cooler, quiter and better all-round. Examples of such cards including the Gaming X and Ventus OC from MSI, the TUF Gaming OC from Asus, Aero and Gaming OC from Gigabyte, SOLID OC from Zotac and 1-Click OC from Galax.
