This service is offered as a convenience for those who need their new PC as soon as possible. While not cheap, it is priced fairly to reflect the cost of overtime hours paid to our technicians, who undertake the work required to build, set up, test, and prepare your order for dispatch without delaying the regular processing times of those already in the queue.

Disclaimers

• If an item you have selected is marked as "Pre-Order" or "Special Order" then the express period begins when stock of items arrives provided the below conditions are also met.
• RAM capacities in excess of 128GB may take longer to test and therefore process your order.
• Timeframe refers to business days under which weekends and public holidays (including store closures) are excluded.
• Gaurentee period starts from the moment payment for order clears, not when the order is first placed. PayPal and credit card payments clears instantly. While most bank transfer payments take only a few hours, some can take up to 2 business days to clear.
• If we fail to dispatch or ready of your order in advertised business days, you would have still jumped the queue and we will refund you this express service fee.
