CPU Selection Tips

As a general rule for basic home office use like microsoft office, web browsing, video playback & emails an entry level CPU will suffice. For slightly more complex office applications or heavy multi-tasking, something in the mid range, and if you plan to run specific compute intensive applications, work with very large data sets, do a bit of high definition video editing then it's worth looking at the top end models.

RAM (Memory)

CPU Selection Tips

Not enough will severely impact performance but more than you need wont improve it. We recommend 16GB as a minimum for entry-level system, 32GB for a mid-to-high end system, and 64GB+ only when you have a particular use case that justifies it.

GPU (Graphics Card)
