Can I request order changes once the order is placed?

While we would prefer that customers carefully consider their orders before finalising and placing them via our website (remember, we are available to chat about your order before you place it), we might still be able to help you make some last-minute changes if the need arises. If there are any price changes or charges associated with the alterations, you will be informed before it goes ahead.

Can I cancel my order?

If no payment has been taken/made, then a cancellation is easy as requesting it from us: customers cannot cancel their own orders! Orders without payment received typically get cancelled/expired after 3-5 days, but you're welcome to inform us if you have no intentions of following through.

If payment has been made, things get a little trickier. An order cancellation may be possible if within our terms & conditions "order cancellation" policy. Exceptions may be made outside of the typical limitations, but are at the manager's discretion, and there may be fees/charges associated with this.

You can try to quickly get our attention via a phone call to see if it's possible, but usually we'd need a detailed written request (via your Evatech account/the email address the order was placed with) to ensure the authorised person who made the order is signing-off on any alterations.

I want to change the parts within the custom PC I've ordered

Even if your PC hasn't started assembly yet, it could be troublesome to change certain items if they've been ordered in for you and/or the product has been opened in anticipation for your PC build.

I need to update the invoice/delivery address!

If you've paid via PayPal, we will not be able to change the delivery address (which must match the PayPal delivery address provided at the time of ordering/payment) at all, including not being able to change the order to Click & Collect (again, only if paid with PayPal).

If you've used an alternate payment method, we should be able to change the delivery & invoice address as you please, but only if goods are yet to dispatch!

This request should of course include the full and complete new address details so that we can update the order and shipping info.
