Evatech's Online Payment Options

We offer the following payment options via our website. All orders are manually verified and processed by staff during business hours.

Bank Transfer / PayID

Once you place the order, you will be presented with (and emailed) our BSB & account number for our Commonwealth bank account, and also PayID details for you to transfer the appropriate amount owed - please ensure that you use the provided order reference so we can match the payment to your order!

We only start processing direct deposit orders once payment has hit our account, so we do not necessarily need you to send us proof of the transaction as we will still have to wait for the funds to reach our account.

If you choose this payment method and wish to change your mind to another, you're welcome to just make another order and request the original order be cancelled.

Credit or Debit Card

To protect your financial security, all card payments are securely routed through Commonwealth Bank's payment gateway. Evatech receives only an order verification status ("Success" or "Failure") and never views or stores your complete card details.

Because transaction processing is handled securely between the bank gateway and your financial institution, our support team cannot override payment declines or diagnose bank-side errors. If you experience unexpected checkout issues:

• Disable VPNs or ad-blockers: Location-masking software can sometimes trigger false-positive security flags on the bank's processing server.
• Contact your bank: Your financial institution can confirm whether temporary limits or secondary authorisation checks are holding up the charge.

For customer privacy and security compliance, we do not accept card payments over phone or email.

Effective 1st October 2026, we have removed all card payment surcharges across Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and UnionPay in compliance with RBA guidelines. All standard processing costs are built directly into our baseline pricing. Customers who prefer direct payment options can continue to pay via Bank Transfer or PayID.

Lay-by

Lay-by is a credit-free BNPL (Buy Now, Pay Later) alternative that allows you to pay over a maximum of 30 days but at your own pace ($100 minimum instalment amount [minus the final payment which may be under $100 if necessary]) with the order only being processed/prepared once the full payment is received.

Only available on PC orders (other items can be in the order as well, but a PC is required for lay-by) - no exceptions.

If you choose this payment method and then wish to change your mind to another, you're welcome to just make another order and request the initial one to be cancelled.

Zip

Zip is another BNPL (Buy Now, Pay Later) service, only offered for orders containing a PC - no exceptions.

There is a 3.7% surcharge on top of the order to help offset the significant costs imposed by Zip.

We're unfortunately not able to accept split payments specifically when one of the involved payment methods uses a third-party finance offering. What might be possible for you to do from your side is checkout with Zip, during the process you may be able to pre-pay a sum of your choosing while the rest gets funded by Zip, and we get the single payment from Zip. Contact Zip for more info, we don't run the show over there so our assistance is limited!

Klarna

Available for orders under $2,000 - Klarna is a Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) solution that you can elect during checkout if your order is under $2,000 in total.

There is a 5.7% surcharge on top of the order to help offset the significant costs imposed by Klarna.

We're unfortunately not able to accept split payments specifically when one of the involved payment methods uses a third-party finance offering. What might be possible for you to do from your side is checkout with Klarna, during the process you may be able to pre-pay a sum of your choosing while the rest gets funded by Klarna, and we get the single payment from Klarna. Contact Klarna for more info, we don't run the show over there so our assistance is limited!

PayPal (not available until further notice)

Due to PayPal's policies, PayPal is not available for Click & Collect orders under any circumstances - only shipping options that have a commercial courier & signature on delivery will appease PayPal.

Please ensure that your PayPal shipping address matches the address you provide to us (and wish to have your order shipped to). Unfortunately, due to PayPal's buyer/seller protection program (which is great!) we must ship to the address PayPal instructs us to ship to which is locked-in during the order/payment process, and cannot be altered by us or yourself/PayPal after the fact!

* We've chosen to intentionally disable this payment method as an overwhelming majority of PayPal orders unfortunately had mismatched addresses (as above) which was creating far too much friction in order processing.
