What is an invoice? How do I access my invoice? What if I have questions about my invoice?Final tip

Your order summary email which is typically received within a few minutes of finalising the order is not intended to be a tax invoice, it simply confirms the order details that you placed on our store. Once the order is fully processed and completed by us, you'll automatically receive an email which specifies that you can access your invoice. An invoice will not be issued any earlier, and we no longer issue physical invoices for online orders.

What is an invoice?

An Evatech invoice is a formal tax document that includes your order details, payment information, and a breakdown of costs. It's generated after your order is completed and can be accessed through your account. It aims to fully comply with the Australian Taxation Office (ATO) definition of a tax invoice.

For the items detailed, we do not specify that PCs are a "gaming PC" and instead simply refer to them as a "PC" or "custom PC". We know "gaming PCs" also are suitable for either/both gaming & professional use, so we've long felt it's safer to not unnecessarily classify the product. The components of the PC will be listed on the invoice too; the term "gaming" is not removed from these names if present.

The date on the invoice will be the date that you placed your order.

The invoice/billing address and shipping/delivery address that you provide to us during checkout is what will be displayed on the invoice accordingly.

Our invoices are automatically generated based on the information you provide during checkout - so please ensure it's accurate for what you need to have on the invoice if necessary.

How do I access my invoice?

  1. Log into your Evatech account you placed the order with
  2. Go to the Orders page
  3. Click the "View" text on the row of the order you want to see the invoice for

The invoice is a web page, formatted to look just like you imagine an invoice/receipt to look. When viewing the invoice page, it should automatically come up with the print dialogue/popup, and from that you can either print the invoice if you wish, or you can alternatively "Save to PDF".

What if I have questions about my invoice?

As always, if you have any questions, you can reach out to our friendly team. You can reach us via email or our contact form. If it's during business hours, you can also phone us - please be ready to provide us with your order reference if requested.

Final tip

Keep your invoice for your records. While we certainly intend to keep all records on our system, it's always helpful for you to have the information accessible to assist you in product ownership, or if you need to make any enquiries. It can also be handy if you want to sell the item at any point.
Remember: you may lose access to your Evatech account if you forget your password, and if you can't reset your password because you've also lost access to your email account it will become tricky!
