Your order summary email which is typically received within a few minutes of finalising the order is not intended to be a tax invoice, it simply confirms the order details that you placed on our store. Once the order is fully processed and completed by us, you'll automatically receive an email which specifies that you can access your invoice. An invoice will not be issued any earlier, and we no longer issue physical invoices for online orders.
Order summary email | Invoice |
Confirms order details | Formal & final tax invoice/receipt |
Received shortly after order placement | Accessible after order completion |
Not a legal document | Legal document for tax purposes |
An Evatech invoice is a formal tax document that includes your order details, payment information, and a breakdown of costs. It's generated after your order is completed and can be accessed through your account. It aims to fully comply with the Australian Taxation Office (ATO) definition of a tax invoice.
For the items detailed, we do not specify that PCs are a "gaming PC" and instead simply refer to them as a "PC" or "custom PC". We know "gaming PCs" also are suitable for either/both gaming & professional use, so we've long felt it's safer to not unnecessarily classify the product. The components of the PC will be listed on the invoice too; the term "gaming" is not removed from these names if present.
The invoice is a web page, formatted to look just like you imagine an invoice/receipt to look. When viewing the invoice page, it should automatically come up with the print dialogue/popup, and from that you can either print the invoice if you wish, or you can alternatively "Save to PDF".
As always, if you have any questions, you can reach out to our friendly team. You can reach us via email or our contact form. If it's during business hours, you can also phone us - please be ready to provide us with your order reference if requested.
Keep your invoice for your records. While we certainly intend to keep all records on our system, it's always helpful for you to have the information accessible to assist you in product ownership, or if you need to make any enquiries. It can also be handy if you want to sell the item at any point.
Remember: you may lose access to your Evatech account if you forget your password, and if you can't reset your password because you've also lost access to your email account it will become tricky!
Something still not right with your Evatech PC? We're standing by and our support team can assist you!
